Company History

Since 2004, Village Plastics has been a pioneer in thermoplastic welding rod and was one of the first companies to manufacture 3D printing filament in the United States. After being acquired by 3D Systems in 2013 and then by Keene Building Products in 2017, “Keene Village Plastics” based in Euclid, Ohio re-established itself as an independent supplier of 3D printer filament while continuing to supply the thermoplastic welding rod industry.

In August 2024 Toner Plastics acquired the assets of Keene Village Plastics and relocated the business to its Massachusetts factory. Today, the Village Plastics brand aims to lead the 3D printing and thermoplastic welding rod markets by maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer service.

Within the 3D printing and additive manufacturing markets, Toner Plastics also provides wholesale, white label, and toll manufacturing services to its customers. With its comprehensive injection molding capabilities Toner Plastics also assists customers with manufacturing scale-up.
